Information We Collect

MacroTerminal.io collects the information needed to operate the research site: email addresses submitted for newsletters, membership interest, paid membership access, support requests, and administrative access workflows. Optional form fields such as name, company, tier preference, and notes may also be stored when you submit them.

We also store operational records such as newsletter subscription status, suppression and unsubscribe records, membership access grants, billing event metadata, send history, portfolio context you choose to enter, decision review records, and alert outcome audit records. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

MacroTerminal.io may use Stripe for subscription billing, an SMTP provider for email delivery, Cloudflare for routing, security, and optional analytics, and Google Fonts for typography. Email delivery may involve Resend, Amazon SES, or another SMTP provider. These services process data according to their own policies and may receive technical information required to provide their service.

Data Storage

Market data displayed on the site is sourced from public or third-party APIs and stored for reporting. User-related operational data is stored in the viewer database and is used to provide subscriptions, membership access, email delivery, support, and abuse prevention.

Portfolio entries, if provided, are used to personalize research presentation inside the product. They should not include account numbers, brokerage credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive financial credentials.

Cookies and Access

Member and admin access use cookies to keep authorized sessions signed in. These cookies are used for authentication and site security, not for selling behavioral profiles.

Email Preferences

Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we keep a suppression record so the address is not re-added to the same list by accident. You can also request removal by contacting [email protected].

Cloudflare

This site is served through Cloudflare Tunnel. Cloudflare may collect standard web access logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) as part of their network services.

Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
